MACHINE DESCRIPTION:
- Operators(4-6 persons) can sit on both sides of the conveyor belt to prepare the material and the hot melt adhesive, which is then placed directly onto the conveyor belt.
- When the hot melt adhesive is applied to the fabric or other materials, the operator directly places them on the conveyor belt. Subsequently, the material is conveyed into the machine for automatic lamination by hot rolling.
- This machine does not require an operator for hydraulic pressing.
- This machine utilizes a gas-pressure model, and the belt speed can be adjusted.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Place the decorative material on the shoe upper, and then it will be laminated by hot gas-pressure rolling.
APPLICATIONS:
- Lamination of shoe upper materials
- Lamination of strong fabrics with hot melt adhesive or inner linings

- Automatic serpentine correction device ensures the normal operation of the conveyor belt.
- The use of seamless Teflon conveyor belt extends service life while improving bonding effectiveness.
- Specially designed heating wire maintains a reasonable temperature difference between the sides and the center.
- Six-layer temperature control detection system at front, middle, and rear, with upper/lower sections, can be selected according to different cut pieces, utilizing advanced PID temperature control and solid-state relays (SSR) for precise temperature control.
- Air pressure is used for pressing, making the pressure more uniform and the adjustment easier and more accurate.
- A cooling device is installed at the material collection end to ensure rapid cooling and shaping of the cut pieces.
